About ART VEVEY
Founded in 2025, ART VEVEY is an artistic initiative that draws inspiration from the rich cultural heritage of Vevey, a vibrant city located on the shores of Lake Geneva. Our inaugural exhibition will be held at El Castillo, a historic landmark designed by the Vevey native born architect Charles Coigny and gifted to the city in 1904 by the Spaniard philanthropist Andres del Castillo .
This stunning historical site is an ideal venue to launch our journey in the art world and serves as the cradle of ART VEVEY, perpetuating a legacy of hosting artists and exhibitions from all corners of the world.
ART VEVEY's first edition, Echoes of Barcelona, presents a duo exhibition featuring the works of Alicia Marsans and Georg Massanés, two distinguished Barcelona-based artists. Their works, while distinct, share a profound connection to nature - Alicia capturing its essence through soft shadows and Georg bringing it to life with vibrant, striking colors. Together their art invites audiences on a journey through contrasting yet harmonious interpretations of the natural world.
